多餘Hemat balance, 點用好?

要保留$10以上的實價。

中國內地移動終端通訊號碼


移動終端通訊號碼，即在手機、平板電腦、筆記本等無綫終端上使用的手機卡、上網卡的一串數字號碼。

手機卡號


中國內地手機卡號以1開頭，共11位數，前7位數字通常稱為手機號段。手機號段類似於地區電話區號，但又不完全相同。2010年11月之前，一般可以從手機號段直接區分城市歸屬地和運營商。
示例：1XX-YYYY-ZZZZ
  • 第1~3位數表示電信運營商。
  • 第4~7位數表示地區號碼(YYYY)。
  • 第8~11位數表示客戶號碼(ZZZZ)。
2010年11月，「攜號轉網」政策在部分地區開始試行[1]，對於成功進行攜號轉網的用戶，手機號段不再能體現其當前所屬運營商。

注意：下表只包括中華人民共和國政府實際控制地區，亦不包括香港（使用國際區號852，見香港電話號碼分類）及澳門（使用國際區號853，見澳門電話號碼）
在中國大陸撥打國內長途電話時，要先撥長途冠碼0號。例如，自上海撥長途電話至北京時，要撥長途冠碼0、北京區號10、電話號碼。然而，自境外（包括香港、澳門）打電話至中國大陸時，不須撥長途冠碼0號。例如，欲自美國不靠接綫生直撥國際電話至中國北京時，要撥當地國際冠碼011、中國國際區號86、北京區號10、電話號碼。
在中國大陸地區，欲撥打國際長途電話（包括香港及澳門），需加國際冠碼「00」，後加國際區碼、途區碼及用戶電話號碼，才可接通。
中華人民共和國的交換機結構採用四級匯接輻射長途電話網絡。
結構上，C1局和直轄市使用兩位區號，北京為「10」，其他地區則以「2」開頭。各省區市的其他設區的市使用三位區號。
下表所示的是大陸地區增加了字頭0的電話區號，電話區號除了C1局城市均為8位以外，其他城市後面加"（8）"的為該區域電話為8位號碼，未標註"（8）"的表示該區域電話號碼為7位。

  • 23 重慶市：華北使用3字頭三位區號；華北區因為北京兼任大區交換中心，原屬於華北區大區中心的23區號空缺，直至重慶市升格為直轄市後將區號由811升格為23

原欲留給台灣使用（現台灣使用國際區號886），但因應號碼不足問題而分與山東、廣東、雲南。
有猜測認為區號26是留給台北市使用的。國內目前有不少大城市也在爭取使用這一區號[2]。
